We accept new referrals from agencies for adults aged 18 to 65 years inclusive.
Our services can also be accessed as part of an individual’s funded support plan in Sheffield. To make a referral or find out more about funded support plans, please contact the Welfare Team or call on 0114 255 5720 option 1.
Individuals needing emergency help can self-refer any time during the Centre’s opening hours.
Please note St Wilfrid’s Centre is a 'dry' centre and there is strictly no admittance for those under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
